We are pleased to announce a number of new published papers edited or co-edited by David Rousseau in March 2017:<\/p>\n
The first one was the release of \u201cSystems Research\u201d <\/strong>on 9th March 2017 by the co-authors Mary C. Edison, Pamela Buckle-Henning, Tim Ferris, Andreas Hieronymi, Ray Ison, R., Gary S. Metcalf, George Mobus, G., Nam Nguyen, David Rousseau, Shankar Sankaran and Peter Tuddenham. The paper is an output of the IFSR Conversation 2016<\/a> and is included as a chapter called \u201cSystems Research: A Foundation for Systems Literacy\u201d in the book „Systems Literacy: Proceedings of the Eighteenth Conversation of the International Federation for Systems Research“<\/a>, edited by Gary S. Metcalf, Peter Tuddenham, Gerhard Chroust and Mary C. Edison.<\/p>\n On 23rd March 2017 Rousseau’s paper \u201cSystems Research and the Quest for Scientific Systems Principles\u201d<\/strong> was published in the journal „Systems“ (Vol. 5)<\/a>, a contribution to a Special Issue on \u201cSystems Research\u201d edited by Shankar Sankaran, Pamela Buckle, Tim Ferris, and Mary C. Edson.<\/p>\n During the 15th Annual Conference on System Engineering Research (CSER 2017<\/a>) from
\n23rd to 25th March 2017 on the subject of \u201cDisciplinary Convergence: Implications for Systems Engineering Research\u201d in the Systems Science track Rousseau presented his paper \u201cThree General Systems Principles and their Derivation: Insights from the Philosophy of Science Applied to Systems Concept<\/a>s<\/a>\u201d<\/strong>.
