Lin Bi schreibt an ihrer Dissertation über Interaktion und Zusammenspiel von „Information Technology“ und „Information Society“. Sie wird betreut von Kun Wu, er ist Professor für Philosophie mit Schwerpunkt Informationswissenschaften an der Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, und Leiter des International Center for the Philosophy of Information in Xi’an.
